I was very impressed with the marketing efforts undertaken by Doug and Royal Lepage to sell the condo. All I had to do was to sit back, relax and wait for a sale to come to fruition. In my opinion Doug has been the best realtor that I have worked with and through managing the relocation policy at Viterra I have worked directly/indirectly with a number of different realtors through our guaranteed home sale plan that Brookfield assists us with. Doug knew that I wanted to sell the property quickly and I had a price in my mind. He reviewed the market comparables and determined that I had a realistic expectation of sale price and advised me on an agressive list price that was crucial in selling the home in less than 2 months. I anticipated that it would take at least 90 days to sell the home (which I consider to be normal marketing time) especially in this buyers market and the fact that we were competing with new builds in Harbour Landing therefore Doug was spot on with his recomendation of list price which lead to a quick sale.

Doug was very up front with us and explained to us what our condo was worth in this current market and why the market was what it was. All of our concerns were addressed in a very short but productive meeting to begin the process. He kept us very well informed and went the extra mile to make sure any problems were looked after.
